Who is responsible

While you complete the form
Assessment answers remain in the current page until you proceed to payment. The form does not ask for a passport number, document upload, payment-card details or criminal-history details. Do not enter sensitive personal information in free-text answers. Public samples use fictional details and do not send your profile.
When you proceed to payment
We save your submitted nationality, age, education, experience, intended work and cities, and the employer/document information you provide, to prepare and deliver the assessment. We save the resulting report, order reference, consent and terms version, payment references and status, and a hashed access credential. This processing is needed to perform your service contract and handle your purchase. A necessary secure cookie lets you reopen the authorised order; no marketing cookies or advertising analytics are added.
Payment data and service providers
Stripe processes payment, billing address, email and card information in its hosted checkout. Card details are not handled by our website. We send Stripe the service description, price and an order reference, not your assessment profile. We receive payment references and payment/ refund/dispute status to control report access. Our hosting infrastructure stores and processes the order and assessment for delivery. Support staff may access the information needed to assist you. We do not automatically submit your profile to employers or authorities. Optional recruitment support or another service requires a separate request and any necessary permissions.
Storage and security
The saved report is available for 12 months from the order date. Unpaid assessment data expires after seven days. Expired profile/report content is removed by the service cleanup process; if there are no requests, cleanup runs when the service next processes a request. Order and consent records needed for accounting, disputes and legal obligations may be retained separately for the legally required period. Payment records are also retained by Stripe under its own terms. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for the request and applicable obligations. Private access links are credentials: store them securely and do not post them publicly. Hosting and payment providers may process data outside your country, subject to the safeguards applicable to their services.
Your rights and choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object where applicable, request data portability, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity or order ownership before acting. Some records must be retained for legal obligations. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority. The automated report is advisory; it is not a government decision, employment decision or legal determination of eligibility. You can contact support if your inputs or result appear incorrect.
