What you are buying

One automated personal work-permit city assessment for one person and one intended role: one offer city, or up to three city options. The saved report includes our recommendation, reasons, important unresolved conditions and a personalised document plan. Relevant job leads in those cities are included when available; there may be none. The purchase does not include a visa or work permit, an application, guaranteed eligibility, an offer, an interview, individual expert review, document verification or a full employer investigation. Additional services require a separate agreement.

Price and payment

The service costs USD 14.87. VAT at 21% is added: USD 3.12. The total charged is USD 17.99 once. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Payment is processed by Stripe in USD; your bank may charge conversion or other card fees. The final total is shown before you authorise payment. A report is released only when the server verifies successful payment. If payment is pending or interrupted, do not pay again; check the original order or contact support.

Delivery and access

By selecting immediate delivery at checkout, you request that we begin preparing and delivering the assessment immediately. We save your submitted answers and generate a locked report before creating the payment session. The report is unlocked after payment is confirmed. You can view and download it, and reopen the same saved report with your private access link for 12 months from the order date. Save the order confirmation and private link; anyone with that link can access this individual report. This is one saved assessment, not ongoing reassessment or an unlimited city search. Changing your background or intended role requires a new assessment. Contact support if a technical problem prevents delivery or you entered details incorrectly.

How to use your report

The result uses your declared information, our reviewed guidance and team case experience at the date shown. We do not inspect your evidence or individually verify your employer. Conditions, vacancies and administrative practice can change. An unresolved or unfavourable result is a possible outcome of a genuine assessment. The relevant authorities decide work-permit and visa applications. Do not treat guidance as approval or start work without the required permissions. Our internal policy collection is not part of the purchase; the report is for your personal planning and may be shared with your own professional adviser, but it does not grant a right to extract or redistribute our policy library.

Cancellation, refunds and problems

Your statutory consumer rights are preserved. If you are an EU consumer, you generally have 14 days after concluding a distance service contract to notify us of withdrawal. Email Jimmy@visffor.net.cn with your order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw; no special form is required. You may write: “I withdraw from my Next in China assessment order [reference], purchased on [date].” Where you requested immediate performance, any proportionate amount legally payable for service already provided will be assessed under applicable consumer law. We do not impose a blanket no-refund rule or require you to waive statutory rights. For non-delivery, duplicate charges or a materially defective service, contact us so we can investigate, correct the issue or provide the remedy required by law. Refunds are returned through the original payment method. A refund or payment dispute can suspend online report access while the payment is reviewed. There is no promise of a refund merely because a permit or job is not secured, and no 90-day job guarantee. Mandatory rights in your country remain unaffected.

Contract record and applicable rights

The order records the agreed price, terms version, consent and payment status. You can download the order confirmation, the terms and your private access link from the order page. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or access to the courts available under applicable law. Contact support first if you need help resolving an issue.
